Woodlands Inn offers elegant, first class meeting space for your next business meeting, conference, executive retreat, party or social event.  A mere 20 minutes outside Charleston, SC, this 42 acre award-winning hotel and restaurant offers attractive meeting space, luxury hotel accommodations and a variety of meeting spaces.  Groups from 8-200 will enjoy unparalleled privacy, Southern Hospitality and all the modern amenities you would expect from a Five Star Hotel.

The Pavilion
Woodlands Inn’s Pavilion, the estate's premier private facility, offers timeless luxury and traditional décor.  The Pavilion offers amenities such as teak floors, chandeliers and a working gas fireplace to enhance the consummate Inn’s Award-Winning accommodations and dining experience in any season.  

Completely secluded and self-contained from the rest of the 42 acres of the estate, the Pavilion also features a first-class banquet kitchen, multi-channel satellite music system, remote-controlled draperies, and space for a live music ensemble or disc jockey, and dancing.

The Pavilion accommodates a maximum of 200 guests for any event (without tenting) and a maximum of 88 guests for a seated breakfast, luncheon, dinner or reception.

The Pavilion encompasses 1,440 square feet of unobstructed function and dining space with an additional 1,552 square feet of space on the attached porches. Two climate-controlled  porches on either side of the Pavilion proper offer seating for an additional 88 guests, typically with five round tables of eight place settings. The North Porch (676 square feet) overlooks the Pavilion lawn, while the South Porch (876 square  feet), with its wood-burning fireplace, overlook a bricked terrace and wrought-iron gates leading to the Pool area.  The Pavilion is wheel-chair accessible.

The Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room, ideal for business gatherings or small meetings, offers gracious, more intimate gathering and dining accommodations for 10 to 14 guests. Enjoy the Award-winning cuisine offered by the Woodlands Inn culinary staff in the privacy of this luxurious room.  Featuring an antique chandelier, a gleaming mahogany table, comfortable Queen Anne chairs and a gas fireplace, this room also has an adjacent private sitting room, separated by pocket doors.

The Board Room
Located in the Main House the Board Room can accommodate up to 12 guests and features an in-room fireplace, flat-panel television, private bathroom and a private terrace.
